I just tried it out, my test case was if I can use the makecell package
which is not in tetex but I read it's part of texlive.

After adding the repo I got:

texlive: /usr/share/texmf/ls-R exists in filesystem

And yes, tetex did not contain that file. I would say though that this
is a good move, we just need to document this in the upgrade howto once
this repo is merged.

wipcheck reports a few missing packages even on i686:

$ wipcheck -q|grep i686
doxygen-1.6.2-1-i686 is missing
fdutils-5.5-6-i686 is missing
fpc-2.4.0-2-i686 is missing
gnucap-0.35-1-i686 is missing
linuxdoc-tools-0.9.31-3-i686 is missing

Is this a known issue?
