VMiklos sent an email to the list about possible changes to Fwife and this prompted me to take a look at a few things. I know that Fwife exists, and so do others, because it was mentioned in the 1.3 release announcement. If I understand correctly, there is no mention of Fwife. If I do a Google search for "fwife", you get a link to the Frugalware wiki page about fwife. The wiki includes a link to the pre-release source of Fwife images and is no longer valid. I think we need to correct this situation by providing a guide to Fwife in the "choosing installation flavor" documentation, also perhaps giving further guidance in the official documentation or a wiki page. I am happ to do both but I haven't ever used Fwife successfully. I will test it over the next week or so and report my results here. If I am successful I will write the documentation I believe is missing. As always, feedback is welcome.
