Hi,

Yes after the update to systemd, I lost the UTF8 console.
systemd uses the file /etc/locale.conf for enconding the teminal.
In addition it uses apparrent  /etc/vconsole/conf for the font terminal.

I created the file / etc/locale.conf with good value is returned to normal.
