Like you Antoine, first i was building packages in a ~/wip folder and
once it was done, i copyied the FB in my git copy.
Now, for updates, i directly build in git. In case of new packages, I
usually build in my wip folder.

Not really, but as long as you are not working on FAT, the default is
to
not have a new file as executable.
I had another question:
when I make a new package or update one, I usually create a
directory
somewhere on my system, build/update the package and when it's done,
copy/create the FrugalBuild in the git repo.
Is this a good way or is it better (or worse) to build package
directly in
my copy of the git?
You can do that, but what's the advantage of it? I usually build
directly in the git tree.
