I've tried to rebuild it with libnotify0.7 but it doesn't build.
BTW did you check the homepage ? Maybe the project is dead :/
Yes, I think this project is dead too. Its homepage is down. I find it
in softpedia, so the 'up2date' and 'source' is work, but doesn't build.
In 1.4 stable it is working yet, but after 1.5 stable release this
package is dead...
