Yes, the snapshot from the issue works fine.
http://code.google.com/p/openjpeg/issues/detail?id=71#c6
But they have not yet put on the download page.

So there are 2 solutions, either wait who officially filed, or I send
the file so that you deposited somewhere, and I'll manage the FB with
the url.
