It turns you already had all the rights Michel had, I just added
Elentir.

What Michel mentioned on IRC is that he would be happy to see every
string translation being reviewed, if I got it right, that would mean
everyone just suggests strings and somebody else have to accept it.

I see the benefit of such a method, though I'm not sure if it works
(considering how time-consuming it is) for a free time project like
Frugalware.
