I am writing out to mcirsta, hermier, or vmiklos. I would ask that one or more of you could handle package bumps and such maintenance for base group and other core software I would normally handle myself until 1.9pre1. I am wishing to devote this time to primarily working on polishing my new installer to be usable by 1.9pre1. Would any of you be willing to help me with this? It would mean a lot to me.
