I talked to the developers of Cinnamon and according to them we have 2
options to make Cinnamon work on Gnome 3.8
1) Download the appriate git repo and checkout the right branch and make a
tarball of it.
2) Change the cinnamon frugalbuild to a git frugalbuild.
What is according to the developers of Fruaglware the best option ?
Building directly from git is fine, see 'man scm.sh'. The only important
point is that you use _F_scm_tag, so we don't just build the random last
commit, but a fixed one -- later a rebuild of exactly the same source is
possible this way.
The hwdata package is a good example.

Same.
But i'm not find git gnome 3.8 branch in git cinnamon?
But if you need a tarball git branch master, i can create this.

repo. But if it's oke with you I will create a git Frugalbuild and submit it.
Another question : Is current the same as 9.1 ? Roelof
