Hi,
I packaged MATE DE for Frugalware. I've installed it on my computer, it
works well.
Baste also tested it against gnometesting. He found only one conflict,
which has been fixed.
Now, I need you for testing it. For that, please follow the instructions
above :
- in your /etc/pacman-g2.conf include this line, before [current] :
Include = /etc/pacman-g2/repos/mate
In /etc/pacman-g2/repos/mate, add this :
[mate]
Server =
ftp://ftp.frugalware.org/pub/other/people/pingax/mate/frugalware-@CARCH@
(Replace @CARCH@ by your architecture - only i686 or x86_64).
Now, execute pacman-g2 -Syy mate-extra. After installation ends, reboot
your machine. MATE will be available in your DM.
