Hi,

I said some time ago to James we need to do a mass cleaning in fst and
eventualy redisgn fst. We're a small team now and we are all busy with our
own IRL.

I totally agree with the redesign. We don't need a huge number of text
editors (only one example). We don't have the human resources, today, to
maintain it.

About the conference, I think we should all meet on IRC and discuss about
future. If someone disagree with decisions which will be taken, well, I'd
say feel free to "leave the boat" or fork :)
