Hi, I said some time ago to James we need to do a mass cleaning in fst and eventualy redisgn fst. We're a small team now and we are all busy with our own IRL. I totally agree with the redesign. We don't need a huge number of text editors (only one example). We don't have the human resources, today, to maintain it. About the conference, I think we should all meet on IRC and discuss about future.
