[fsck] Constitution + Org. Meeting

The CSI wants us to come up with a "real" constitution. At this point we have one but it's incomplete and/or not up-to-date anymore. Ian got me an ORC scan from the old constitution and I was working on it a little bit but I think I lost the changes I made to it on a lab computer (long story). So I might not be able to show you the first draft tomorrow when we have our organizational meeting*.

The agenda for the meeting tomorrow:
 * candidates for President, Treasurer and Webmaster
 * changes in the fsck constitution (see above and namely the distinction between active and inactive members ...)
 * program for this semester (lecture topics and that kinda stuff)
 * "table times" sign-up sheet for Wed (Activities Fair)
 * things I've missed and that you would like to address
