DVD Shrink rips them and allows reauthoring (deletion of menus, etc)
and compresses them to image files (.iso). DVD Decrypter then burns
image files to DVD R media. I think both programs support dual layer
disks so if you have a dual layer burner you won't need to do any
compression.
