I'm not any sort of MS-fanboy but, I have to admit that Microsoft is actually doing good moves towards students by providing them many tools for cheap prices or free.
One can argue that the moves was just a trick to make students more dependent on MS products but I think the positive side should be mentioned it's more of good than evil. It will promote and encourage students to explore and develop and having the chances to approach cutting-edge technologies. I am actually using MS Office 2007 and man that was Great - IMHO OpenOffice may be 3-4 years behind of MS one. https://downloads.channel8.msdn.com/Products.aspx http://www.theultimatesteal.com/home.asp -- "Ubuntu" is an ancient African word, meaning "Slackware is too hard for me". http://tnhh.info/ ----------------------------------------------------------------- To get off this list, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with Subject: unsubscribe -----------------------------------------------------------------
