It might be helpful if we also post the questions
(technical+non-technical) here, so Dr. Matthews has a better idea of
what we expect to learn.

I would like to know:

- If we want to work for companies like RH/Canonical/Mozilla... with the
level of knowledge we can afford when we graduate, what's your
suggestions? What's the best that we can do?

- A general introduction to file systems.

- You said you've been working on the Journalling Flash File System
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JFFS) for flash-based devices. What is the
difference/what makes it harder|easier to make a file system for a
spinning disc and for a flash chip? JFFS is for NOR chips, and it looks
like we're moving toward NAND chips. Can JFFS handle NAND as well as
NOR?

- Linux kernel: How do developers communicate? What is the workflow to
get a enhancement/bug fix be committed to the mainline kernel?
