Thanks for the suggestion. I'm a bit puzzled by this use of CC-By-SA. Creative Commons themselves don't recommend it and include the GNU GPL and BSD-style licences in their collection. I think it almost is, with the usual CC concerns which you can find on debian-legal if you look. I've sent in a why-not-GPL query and may post the reply here later.
