Indeed, collecting subscriptions remained a task for the treasurer. I think there was intent to hand it over to a membership secretary (who was to be responsible for member communications) but it didn't happen because (as I remember it) both myself and Ian were busy with our businesses so didn't get into the same room at the same time very often for a run-through. I can probably find some notes that will probably blame me more than anyone (because they're my notes and I'm far fussier about myself than anyone else), but who was responsible for getting us here is less useful than 1. how we get out of here; and 2. how we got here. Please focus on the how 1 first, then how 2 and do the whos later. I've had an ACK from lawworks saying they're willing to answer me this one question and they should reply within 10 days (strictly speaking, AFFS should request the help, but AFFS isn't capable at the moment, else we wouldn't be having these discussions). I'll email the banker I know and ask whether he can help if needed, or refer us on.
