Yes, 'uy' is the suffix for UInt8 literals.
There's more documentation at

Subject: [fstar-club] Integer literal suffixes

Is there an integer literal suffix for UInt8 (or any other type) in the same
fashion as 'ul' works for UInt32?

Cheers
