MINA teaser

Hi

I've been working on integrating FtpServer with MINA for the last couple 
of evenings and has made good progress. All non-SSL tests now succeed 
when using MINA as well as when using the old (IO based) listener. I 
still got the SSL stuff to implement but doesn't expect any major hurdles.

Yet, there is quite a lot more work to tidy up the horrific code I got 
right now, but it is looking very hopeful. After working more with MINA 
I'm also confident in that the excellent MINA design will help us get a 
better design in FtpServer.

I will hopefully commit the code in the next couple of days. It will not 
be fully stable when I do but I need the help of you all to test it out.
