I created a patch that involves minor changes to DataConnectionConfig, DefaultDataConnectionConfig, FtpDataConnection, and PASV. Unfortunately my patch is for the pre-MINA code base, so I keep putting off creating a JIRA issue. I'll go ahead and do that today. In the meantime I can send you the old patch if you are comfortable digging into the new code and figuring out how to apply it. Otherwise I will try to do that myself sometime this week.
