If you get test failures but don't really care and only want a JAR,
you can build with:
mvn -Dmaven.test.skip=true install

I'm hoping for a first milestone release in about a month, but that's
highly dependent om my time (with kids and wife, work, mountain biking
fighting over whatever little time there is :-).
