Please send all emails to the users group. I do see that David asked you to run the server in DEBUG mode and asked to check if you have more entries in the log file. As David stated, it appears that the log you gave us does not seem to be complete or there might be other issues that we need to look into. Supplying a debug level log would definitely help.
