That is the typical Southern Dutchman you're talking about -not to be confused with a Northern Dutchman -obviously. Anyhow, Northerns just drink coffee, beer, eat raw meat and stay out all night -possibly dressed as stated before. It's a heritage / cultural difference I suppose, the north and south being so far apart and all, with this big-ass river in between and dozens of dikes to cross... not to mention this huge war the in which the north had to be defended against the south...
