Awesome, thanks for keeping up with this Robyn. I'll mark the ticket to make sure this is on the agenda for the next meeting. > 2) Now that F14 is about out the door (one more day!) I agree, do you want to do the aforementioned breaking up and assignments? > 3) I think Nov. 1 was the last day to book hotel rooms. How is our > list looking? Do we have people who still need hotel? Not to mention the "pipe up if you > didn't book it" thing. :) (See mail at > http://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/fudcon-planning/2010-October/001363.html) The deadline is Nov. 5. If we add more rooms we will need to guarantee filling them -- in other words, we pay for them whether or not someone books them. It's not ideal for us to end up paying for something we don't use. I asked Marriott to add the 5 extra rooms I requested to our guarantee, because I feel we'll fill them easily. I'm not sure how many more times they'll be open to upping our block, though, given the substantial discount we negotiated. I'm not sure what you mean when you mention the wiki here -- can you help me understand what people would be updating, and why? > 4) Regarding my action items from last week: > * The design team is doing FUDCon Tempe shirts for the next design > bounty. I promise. :D I'm going to set up a meeting matrix, since I failed to talk to Jared about it last week amidst the F14 fuss. I'll email the list separately with all the details. -- Paul W.
