travel $Y. Please note that for FUDCon Paris, hotel costs per person (in
a shared room) are EUR122, or approximately $150 USD.)
Air fare and hotel cost should be covered. Air Fare = USD 900 Hotel Cost =
USD 450 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights)
* If we cannot provide a full subsidy, will a partial subsidy be helpful?

Visa fee and other cost will be born by me, therefore I am looking for a
full subsidy for air fare and hotel cost.
* If Yes, specify the minimum amount you need covered to facilitate your
attendance.

* What will you accomplish by being at FUDCon? (Please be as specific as
possible, since this is the most important factor in granting requests.)
The idea behind the participation as follow. I would like to experience a
FUDcon out of my region, APAC. Then I would like to meet Fedora
contributors from EMEA physically. Further if required I would like to
have some introduction sessions on Fedora and FOSS for beginners if there
are any.
* If you are requesting airfare, include complete flight information such
as flight numbers, desired departure and arrival airports, and times. Also
let us know if you have specific time restrictions.
Arrival on Friday, Departure on Monday. Colombo > Dubai > Paris
* Do you need a visa or other official processing before you can attend
FUDCon? If so, approximately how long does that processing take?
I need visa around 2 weeks.
