I need coverage for my flight (Fri - come & Sunday - leave) from
Huntsville, Alabama to Kansas City (there is no flight connection to
Lawrence). I checked on Hipmunk and it costs $387. I also need coverage
for my hotel room for two nights on Friday and Saturday which is $238
based on the wiki. I am willing to share a room with anyone.
* If we cannot provide a full subsidy, will a partial subsidy be helpful?

I am doing an exchange program in Huntsville, Alabama. I know a lot of
project members from the NA team and would like to meet them. It will help
to start promote Fedora in the Huntsville area.
I am from Kosovo, I've done activities for Fedora since 2010. I've
organized local events, represented Fedora Project in major local events.
Helped and participated at FOSDEM in 2011 and FUDCon:Milan in 2011.

I don't need any visa but I need an invitation letter to send it to the
exchange program officer to approve my attendance. I have to let them know
for everything.

I need transport from Kansas to Lawrence but I read in the wiki that you
will organize car pools for everyone.
