Hi everyone, A few things:
#1: Was looking on the bus list to see if I could figure out Emily or Sophie's arrival/departure dates - and I don't see either of them on here. Sophie is coming from Panama (iirc) as a sponsored attendee, have we reached out to her to make sure she knows what is going on WRT bus? Is there anyone else that we haven't seen on the bus list that concerns anyone? I know lots of people have other arrangements, aren't arriving till other dates, etc, but that one jumped out at me. #2: I am putting together the list of hotel conf. #'s with attendees for the folks who are sponsored or have rooms sponsored, will send out late tonight (we can deal with the on-site ones for the FAD this afternoon without issue). This will help us to get lists to folks like Jared (who is sponsoring somehotel rooms) as well, and help us know what we're paying for, who is responsible, etc. #3: https://fedorahosted.org/fudcon-planning/ticket/413 - Rex filed this just a couple weeks ago, apparently there was confusion about whether or not dan's room sponsorship included the ability for him to stay in there, so he filed a separate ticket.
