* Do we need to request a specific date in the mail
* Do we need to address any financial / logistics details (ie: We will be
paying for food, transportation, flights... or state that we are
responsible, etc?)
* Does this need to go on an official letterhead (ie: PDF, sent in email)
or can it literally be "just a plain email"
* Do I need to have this translated before sending it off
