Hi Andrew,
I just tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it still doesn't work. I also noticed when i install from http://www.macromedia.com/software/central/ that install now image doesn't change, but it adds central to my computer.
Does anyone have any more suggestions as to the cause, or should i submit it to Macromedia. I am behind a firewall, i wonder if that has anything to do with it..
Damien

Damien, there should be something.
Since this is a beta... I've heard of some problems like this - the person that I spoke to uninstalled and reinstalled and that seemed to fix it.

Hi all,
I installed the central Beta from Macromedia.com. However when i
double
click the icon, nothing happens. I've also tried clicking on the install for other people's apps, and nothing happens.
What am i missing? Shouldn't there be some kind of console window?
