I've also in my spare time (learning curve) written / partially, a basic RPG game (modeled around KingsOfChaos.com) to test it out (except mines based on Raymond Feist Books). This has been placed on the backburner in exchange for paid work (RIA) and getting our crap together for MXDU presentation *Heh disclaimer, it may never get finished, as i have new ideas for the game, and no doubt will start over*
I personally have gone away from the pre-built framework and trying my hand at writing my own component framework (hey, i have bigger Skinning expectations then what is currenty on offer) i can't say much more on that due to various NDA's (bain of our existance at times).
Is it just me or does the whole Flash Development seem to have flatlined in the last few months? Like whats happening with Flash Com? I mean combination of Central + FlashCom could be some very cool RIA's. My Game concept is based around FlashComs existance? Just seems theres not allot of marketing kicking behind ol FlashCom? and it concerns me the most. (Sorry to hijack the thread partially for FLash Com).
Overall, Central is pretty damn cool (interesting to see how the purchase model for Aussies will pan out) - especially if you have the SDK on a kickass 32mb flash stick, courtessy of Macromedia (thanks Mike)

My first Central App is here:
http://www.bridel.org/central/postalCodes/installer.html
Allows you to search by city, town or suburb in Australia, France, UK or US
and returns zip/postal codes and other info. It also blasts info to other
central apps.
Is there, or is anyone intending to have, a Central App Website for Aussie only app's?
Like from Hilary, and those that would replace US Weather data and movie listings, etc?
