My name is Paul, I'm in need of rates and potential developers for CD-ROM development.
I've been on this list for some time, however, other pressures have limited by ability to follow the list, so there are 600 fugli messages still for me to go through:(
At this stage a submission for a competitive tender is being prepared and one portion involves the development of 4 hour effective duration interactive training CD. A team of people including a developer, designer (we already have a preferred provider), writer, content expert(s) (may be from a number of sources) a proof reader and a project manager are expected. I'll be the project manager and will be the primary content provider, if you know others to fill the remaining roles I'd like to hear from them as well or make a joint EOI with rates.
Note this is a submission for a tender being prepared, there is no guarantee of work, upon winning the tender we will contact those who respond for interviews etc. and final selection.
Our best chance at winning the tender is expected to be a first class finished product that directly addresses the clients requirements.
The finished product is likely to require linking back to our existing database to record and store results of assessments contained on the CD; or where there are no internet links back to our database, be able to print for posting or faxing to our office.
I'd take on this project myself, however I don't meet my required standards for this project as I've too much to learn and too many other tasks to complete by the tendering deadline early next week.

Anticipated time input for the development of an hour of content is required. Include allowances for participation in team meetings in the number of hours anticipated.
Also nominate your rates, we will consider companies or individuals who would work casual / contract for the job. Our location is Balcatta, Western Australia.
