What if you put the arrow in the movie clip and just make it visible and invisible as needed with _visible

Subject: [fugli] binding one movie clip to another

hi,
I'm trying to attach a movie clip from the library - "arrow" to dynamically generated clips on the stage - "mc_site"

user selects a category from 1st drop down,
then selects item from 2nd drop down,
details are returned - Id like to place the arrow to the selected item.

any ideas?

Jas
