The difference between as1 and as2 are significant - but if you are
comfortable with what you already know, it will work in PRO...and then
there is always scope for you to step up to the next level!

Screens and interactive loading of external swfs have given me some
issues, but if it's just the forms stuff  you are putting together
then PRO definitely speeds things up on the dev side of things.

Go with PRO!
