If you simply go to this address, it looks fine (apart from the dodgy
Xmas party photo!). but if you browse it using a modem simulator, such
as xat.com's WebSpeed Simulator, the photo isn't clipped anymore, it
appears outside the actual ScrollPane.

its the same problem described here:

to which none of the proffered solutions work for me...
