hi all i've got a tree component. as2. i've also got a MCsymbol that has textfields in it - it's a simple form.
when i layer the formMC over the tree, clicking anywhere on the form (but outside the textfields) will select the tree item that the mouse was over. similiarly, the rollover effects for the tree are shown even as i move within the form. so - the tree is keeping focus (or responding to mouseover at least) even if there is another movieclip that has focus. sigh. as2. what's the hack?
