[fugli] Re: file path from FlashVars fails(SOLVED)

It says it's a String.  I originally thought it had something to do with FlashVars so I set the value of xml_url based on FlashVars.  But still had the same problem.  I'm now able to send the path thru using FlashVars as long as I set the value into a local variable within the function and use the local variable to set the value of XMLConnectors URL property.  I can't make any sense of it.  I'm relieved to have found a workaround.  But I wish I understood why it makes a difference.   Bill Lane >>> [EMAIL PROTECTED] 05/19/05 12:36 pm >>> I haven't used FlashVars, but it looks you a data type issue.
