It says it's a String. I originally thought it had
something to do with FlashVars so I set the value of xml_url based on
FlashVars. But still had the same problem. I'm now able to send the
path thru using FlashVars as long as I set the value into a local variable
within the function and use the local variable to set the value of XMLConnectors
URL property. I can't make any sense of it. I'm relieved to have
found a workaround. But I wish I understood why it makes a
difference.
