You wont be able to use Flash Remoting as such.  Flash Remoting is CF only.  I believe though there are some other frameworks you
can use.  Think its called AMF.

I did a google for "php flash remoting" and got heaps of links and resources

Subject: [fugli] Remoting and PHP

I'm looking at developing a Flash Front-end for the PHP ecommerce
application OSEcommerce.
So far I've been using Flash - Remoting - Coldfusion, can anyone give me
some links to resources  or books on establishing a Flash - Remoting - PHP
connection
