1) there is nothing in the list charter, AFAIK, that prohibits such postings. 2) It's a good survey, that doesn't collect email adresses or such things, it's one of the best I've seen in the last year (it can use some modification, thouhg :) ) 3) It's not spam, if sent from someone subscribed to the list, and with ad idea that's like the idea of the list (and not total commercial advertisment)
