Before someone else corrects me, let me do it myself :) Of course, since we (TINW) do base a lot of our organization on email being readily available it all turns out to be yet another element of risk analysis. Email is sufficiently reliable for us to trust it, despite that most people fail to question the authenticity of systemcritical notifications.
