There is a lot of user friendly linux distributions that can be used by unexperienced users. Mac Os is usually used in profesional DTP, and by some artists. Peoples in Apple know what that users want. And at last linux can work on older machines.    Business is moving slowly... Yes, imagine that big enterprices had a lot of computers with windows. Usual worker know how to use it. Cost of change os in company can be very big.
