I have a client that is running a Symantec 5420 device. Unfortunately we have a few contractors that use the Cisco VPN client. The Cisco VPN client and the Symantec VPN client will not coexist. Has any one had a similar problem? And how did you solve it?

Although the way the hostile chm files are executed without user intervention has been patched (the MS-ITS vulnerability in MS04-013 I believe...) This type of phishing scam isn't really all that new and you can find all sorts of writeups using google. A particularty decent site that has lots of phishing writeups (aside from the one I'm linking to) http://spamwatch.codefish.net.au/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=a rticle&sid=98 just my guess....
