Do those of you in CSI:TCP/IP anticipate that online crime syndicates
will form in the USA, as "big-money computing jobs" get offshored to
India, Viet Nam, China, etc? The article mentioned Russia, Eastern
Europe, Brazil and Asia as physical locations. I would presume by
"Asia" they meant "People's Republic of China", but given that weird
Titan Rain thing, one never knows.
