I would be glad to discuss offtopic. This topic actually has a chance
to have objective discourse and there is actually material facts.

A libertarian and a conservative are actually the authors of this
plan. None of congress has the balls to discuss it because it actually
means less government in the end, namely the elimination of thr IRS.
