Grammatical nitpicking. Unlike Japanese (:-) in English there is no  
"ga" to tell us whether the pronoun IT is refering to is Breakingpoint  
or AT&T; the antecedent is AT&T, the sentence subject is  
Breakingpoint. Flip a coin.
