Wow, this is quite amazing; I had exactly the same [low!] view of
twitter as Paul and only used it to auto-dump blog summaries there.
That was going on for about a year and then something happened: I
realized this:
> Twitter is IRC on web steroids.
It is also, for me, an IRC without IRC annoyances and its real-time
"commitment"; it is "delayed + better IRC"
So far, I found it amazingly good for having discussions about various
security subjects.
