Since the operational parameters of Hell require a lot of heat, if I was one of the operators of Hell, I would see this as a potential "energy saving" measure.
I KNOW nukes are the real answer to carbon based energy, but I had thought of the slightly less exothermic variety. TGIF! P.S. Regarding France (and probably Israel), since a good portion (or in Israel's case, all) of their nukes are on boomers, saying they can't range the US is a bit of a stretch.
