Now, this may seem to be merely frivolous, but, as Gloria pointed out, it has 
some 
definite possibilities.  Should Michigan ever run out of snow (possibly due to 
an 
oversupply in Hades), these machines can be used to build barriers to prevent 
Canadian terrorists from trying to run roadblocks at the border, or even trying 
to 
sneak across Lake Superior or Lake Huron, once they freeze up.
