And then there's "Borrowing your campaign speech from an arch villain in
fiction crazy":

Taggart (President James Taggart, arch-villain in "Atlas Shrugged"):

"Rearden. He didn't invent smelting and chemistry and air compression.
He couldn't have invented his Metal but for thousands and thousands of
other people. His Metal! Why does he think it's his? Why does he think
it's his invention? Everybody uses the work of everybody else. Nobody
ever invents anything."

Obama:

"if you've been successful, you didn't get there on your own. You
didn't get there on your own. I'm always struck by people who think,
well, it must be because I was just so smart. There are a lot of smart
people out there. It must be because I worked harder than everybody
else. Let me tell you something-there are a whole bunch of hardworking
people out there."

Note I didn't use the "You didn't build that" quote. The way that's been
quoted is actually mild in the context of the actual speech.
