When doing this, does the dialogue box/progress meter refresh to reflect
this status... FWIW mine (V1.3.0) does not do this... or perhaps its just
that i was d/l'ing from the only source currently online..?
Also... I dont wanna cut anyone off who is grabbing from me, would a
progress meter on u/l's make any sense, or would me shutting down not be an
issue to the d/l'er once the whole network is up and underway..?
