Search by genre would be
great for turning people on to new music in a specific genre they like, like
reggae, for instance or especially for jungle and other types of electronic sets
where there's lots of djs out there that you never heard of. This feature
would include a pull down list a bunch of different genre types, to help keep
the feature more organized, but also allow the user to enter custom genres
as well. I see that your recongized object types that your
adding have a category option, perhaps this is the same feature I'm talking
about.
It would also be nice to have
shorter retry delays, so that when you lost one server, it wasn't waiting around
for a minimum of 5 minutes to find the next.
I also dislike the
download window that pops up. I think there should either be an option to
get rid of that window or just abandon the thing entirely. It seems
uncessary when you have the partials tab acting as a download manager for all
your files.
